Biography

Yannis Ritsos’ (Greek poet) birthplace was (in ancient greek language) "Accra Minoa". Poetically, he referred to Accra Minoa as a place of rest, peace of mind, beyond the mainstream and what weariness it may bring... Why some things are taken for granted? Why are emotions simplified? Why are majorities underestimated? Why target the impure? Is it life or imitation of it? Trying to find out or lost in that process, Accra Minoa combine music, words and pictures, without hesitating to mutate between a bright and a darker side...
