Atavism

Atavism were created in May of 1997 initially, the group were: George-drums, Stratos-bass/vocals, Jim-guitar. In the summer of 1998 , Jim left the group due to personal differences. The other members (George-Stratos) recorded in 21/7/1998 the promo demo ''cemetery cannibalism'' which was mainly used for promotion to zines, labels, radios etc.
in November of 1998 the first demo tape was recorded with the title ''corpses cataclysm''.
in the end of 1999 (Nov.-Dec.) The second demo tape was recorded having the title ''craving for flesh''.
In July, Jim returns to the group and in October of the same year the recordings start for the oncoming split 7''ep with flatulation (fra). In may of 2002, the split 7''ep atavism/flatulation is released by bleark production in 500 copies. In the summer of 2002, the recordings start for the oncoming 3 way split cd with mincer (ita) and drain of impurity (Austria).
In September of 2002 split tape atavism/carkemis (bra) is released from the Brazilian rotten foetus prod.
