· 2.002 A.Y.P.S.
- The band was formed at the Northwest Hellenic soil in the beginning of 2.002 by Moros (guitars) and Mormos (vocals) with the purpose to play grim Black Metal and combining music with ideology, feelings and thoughts.
- The following summer has been released the first demo tape to 200 hand-numbered copies entitled “Summon Thee…”.
- During the following months Mormos got out of the band and on December of the same year the second demo, “Awakening Of The Ancient Past”, was released with more chaotic production and the band became more known to the underground circles. Since then Darkthule is one-man band
· 2.003 A.Y.P.S.
- In the beginning of this new year, new stuff was composed and recorded. “In The Forgotten Woods” would be the title. Some deals were made with two labels, Pagan Reich Records and Pagan Nations Rising, but due to behavioural problems the deals broke and the release never saw the light of day.
- In March, the second album was recorded.
