He was born in the Kallithea suburb, in Athens, in 1973. He took classic guitar lessons with Orpheas Peridis who wasn’t receiving ‘conservatory sleepiness’ when, apart from the routine exercises, presented to him once in a while his own songs.
In 1988 he took some of those songs to Manos Hatzidakis, the outcome was the release of his first album ‘I PARELASI’ from the latter’s record company –the legendary Serios- in November 1989.
It took him six years to overcome the obstacles of the Greek communal spirit (national exams, big family gatherings, appointments, uptown bands, cultural unions etc) and to release- supported by Thymios Papadopoulos- his second album titled ‘I ZOI MONO ETSI EINAI ORAIA’ in July ’95 in Sony Music. In this album he had the honor of Thanasis Veggos participation in a lonesome rap against the crowd of the nightly Posidonos Avenue.
In this same year he was called to participate in Dionysis Savopoulos’ music show ‘Anoiksiatioko kalesma’.
