Penelope Syllignaki is the official DJ of Lindy Hop Greece. She is one of the first DJ's in Greece specialized in Swing jazz music and the sound of this era. First she started as a lindy hopper in Lindy Hop Greece in the early days of the dance in Greece. Later on, her passion for this era drove her deeper into the music. She has played in many big events of Lindy Hop Greece in Thessaloniki and Athens and of course she plays in different venues in Greece combining different themes at her parties. It’s no wonder she owns a collection of shellac and vinyl records. Lately she has her own live radio show, where she introduces the history, course and influence of Jazz music to the modern sound, with emphasis on Dixieland and Swing.
