Helena Micy has been singing since childhood. Her passion for music meant she was going to give up her studies of Archaeology at the Aristotle University (Salonica) to pursue her music career in Athens by 2004. In 2005 she takes up piano and harmony at the National Conservatory of Athens, whilst joining bands, performing live, following her dream. By 2008 she obtains the degree of Modern Singing from the "Entechni Mousiki Scholi" whilst attending Evelina Pappoulia's Musical Theatre class. Having performed/collaborated with a range of Greek artists - including Johnny Zero (Elysion), Mark Adrian (Nikos Michas), Maxi Nil (Visions of Atlantis), Hannibal (Spitfire) and Lakis Alexandrou - she starts writing her own material in 2009. She records the singles "Listen" (feat. Stereo Mike) and "Leave Me Alone" at Artemis Studios in 2010 and shoots her promo photography with Ino Mei before the end of the same year. Now finishing off her musical studies, Helena continues to work on her debut personal album.
