Biography

Lazos Ioannidis was born in 1974 in Lefkona, Serres. His family background is from Kars, from the village Garaklise. His grandfather's brother, Pavlos Ioannidis, was a well known lyra player and singer. Lazos started learning lyra from the age of fifteen. He has received a musical degree in harmony, polyphony, and orchestration. He teaches music at the Musical Gymnasium of Serres. He appears at nightclubs always with his brother, Giorgos, accompanying him on vocals.
