Ketime Areti

Areti Ketime was born in Athens in 1989 and began playing the santur from the age of 6. She grew up in a family closely connected to the traditional music and feasts of Greece. Thus she was exposed to music in a completely natural way from her earliest childhood. At the age of 15 (in 2005), she became a professional performer, playing a broad spectrum of Greek traditional music, both as a singer and a santur player. Areti Ketime is a member of the Estudiantina orchestra.
