Biography

I was born in Hanover of former West Germany. My first contact with music was my mom’s records and the piano lessons I took up to high school, when I decided that classical music school was unfit for me. It was then that I began to learn guitar and played in a school band. I attempted to learn from the playing styles of musicians I admired, such as George Harrison’s, Mark Knopfler’s, Eric Clapton’s, J.J. Cake’s etc.
Though I never stopped playing with bands, I never got into music professionally, so After finishing high school, I studied Economics.
My first recording attempts that were made in the early 90s with a group of mine called "Blowing Free" didn’t bloom and I had to wait until the summer of 2004 for the release of my first record titled "Kapos Amihana" (Somewhat Unease...)
On my quest for a musical identity I co-worked with the band "7bo4" for some time, and the end of this co-operation was the prompt for me to form a scheme to get into the studio and record my next piece of work.
