Manos Mountakis is son of the great master of Cretan music Kostas Mountakis. He was born in Pereas and young as he was became apprentice next to his father.At the same time he followed classic study (piano, harmonia) in National conservatoire). Also he studied in the Statistical department of maximum industrial faculty.
