Papadiotis Nikos

He was born in Preveza and grew up in Ioannina in Greece.
At the age of 12 he began playning guitar and singing with a rock groups. His musical studies began in Ioannina with courses for guitar and he continued in the ( Ecole normal de musique de Paris ) in 1986 for two years.
Since 1987 he watched courses at the PARIS 8 University and he got a degree for musicology with speciality in the electroacoustic music. All these years in Paris, he participated in different type of experiments in various musical styles, as a singer and guitarist.
From 1995 he is back in Greece and the 1998 he build the (Media Studio Apothiki ) at Ioannina where musical productions take place. During these years many musicians have made use of the studio, in order to record traditional music. He met Opus 4 while living in Paris. They performed together and decided to record a project combining gipsy and Greek music
