Biography

Soultatou Maria was born in Heraklion, Crete. Her first cooperation was with the composer Linos Kokotas. Later she cooperated with Kostas Mountakis and Aristidis Moshos and many other artists. She is very famous among Greek artists.

Πρόκειται για μία ανεξίτηλη φωνή,που μπορεί να ερμηνεύσει σχεδόν τα πάντα.Η καλλιτεχνική της αξία είναι αδιαμφισβήτητη.Τη θεωρώ ως μία από τις ελάχιστες τραγουδιστικές μας υπερηφάνειες.Είναι Ελλάδα,είναι Ανατολή.Είναι Κρήτη,είναι Σμύρνη.Είναι η Μαρία που ανοίγει τις καρδιές μας,και γι'αυτό της ανήκουν οι καρδιές μας.
