Tanagri Melina

Melina Tanagri is an charismatic singer from Athens Greece, she is a songwritter and a vocalist. She has had many successful albums in her recording career (especially in the early 80s), albums such as "Ola Berdevonde Glyka","Tesarakostos Paralilos", "Melina Ap'To Meli", "Vizakia Exo Loipon" and "Kontra Kardias", which was a critically acclaimed album in Greece in 1999 & got many good reviews including well-known Greek music magazines (such as Pop Korn" and "Music Life").
In 2001 she released a CD called "To'Heis" , which means in Greek "You got it". The new album finds Melina in a more techno mood on songs like "Den Me Rotises" or "Parkaggeloudi", Bluesy songs like "Giati Etsi" and "Auto Einai Blues" along with a few South American influences musically for "Mia Ginaika Tragoudaei" or "To'Heis".
In 2008 a Best Of was released called "Osa Berdeftikan Glyka".
