Biography

Dantis is an artist who began experimenting with different musical styles from the tender age of 16, playing rock, funk, metal and other musical varieties, and becoming a member of a number of different groups.
Four years would pass before he would finally sign his first contract with a record company as a solo artist, and at the age of 20 he released the maxi singles "Turn on" and "Belly Dance".
At the same time, he sang live at "TABOO" with Dimitra Galani and George Xatzinasios.
During the following three years, Dantis continued singing live, gaining more and more experience. At the same time he participated in 10 Dekaria ?? . 2 with two of his songs, he sang a duet with Polina on her album "Push Ups", and finally in 1990, he released his first album called "Daktilika Apotipomata". The music and the lyrics of the album were written by Giannis Karalis, and the album went on to become huge success.
The following year, Dantis released his second album "Aman", which became an immediate success.
